You guys should check out this station from Australia - Triple J - http://triplej.net.au/

Triple J is a nationally-networked, government-funded Australian radio station, mainly aimed at youth (defined as those between 12 and 25).

Music played on the station is generally more alternative than commercial stations with a heavy emphasis on Australian music and new music. Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triple_J

Listen Live: http://www.abc.net.au/triplej/listenpop/listen_live.htm

Would love to hear what you think!

I've been DXing Australia and NZ for a few months now. Can't say their music is overwhelming, other than some aboriginal stuff you don't hear anywhere else. Last time I tuned into one of Oz's morning shows I was treated to a 10-minute dissertation of native bird calls.

It's different Down Under. ::)

Also.....really difficult to understand their accent. Do we both speak English I wonder? ;)
