Autogram Parts

We have an Autogram Pacemaker 1032 console that we need parts for. Does anybody have a suggestion as to where we can get those parts? I'm mainly in need of some of the plug-in circuit boards.

The people that bought Autogram (the company) evidently bought them just to reduce the number of competitors. They're about as useless as tits on a boar hog.

That's sad to hear! I was hyped about the Pacemaker IIK series and almost bought an 18 channel that was on ebay some months back, but it was too large for the physical space of the studio.

I just checked their web site. They are owned by Orban (I do recall CRL acquiring the company at one point). I'm surprised the customer service is that disappointing.

Earnie, the founder, would have a fit. They were small, and had excellent customer service. So, what does consolidation mean?

I hate to bring this back from the dead, but in case anyone else out there is still rehabbing Autogram consoles....

I have to say Johnny at Autogram in Benton, AR is THE MAN!! The last station I was at was running a Pacemaker 1032, and I could call Johnny with any problem and he'd get the part right too me... several times he'd draw me custom diagrams and give me special instructions to modify parts that weren't designed for my board.

These Autogram boards have a special place in my heart (first board I ever used!) and I'd like to give Johnny his credit for being an incredible support guy.
