Automated announcement on 88.9

I don't know how long this has been going on, but yesterday and today an automated announcement has been playing on FM 88.9: "Your member name is authorized for ad-free listening, but your session ID is invalid. Please log in again. Message one." And this plays over and over endlessly.

I'm hearing this on a normal FM radio, not Sirius or XM or the internet. I don't get it. Anybody know what's going on?
 
Sounds like someone with a low powered transmitter/ipod transmitter plugged into a computer tuned into a live365 station... live365's ad free failed login message I think is like that.
 
I'm in San Francisco near Bryant and Cesar Chavez. Just checking 88.9 now I find that there is some sort of programming on now -- seems to be some kind of experimental sound piece at the moment, featuring people being interviewed about coming to San Francisco against some music, but there is also some strange sound looping going on. Definitely more interesting than the automated announcement, but still strange.
 
88.9 FM in San Francisco is a translator signal from KLVR, Santa Rosa - Klove Radio. Perhaps what was heard was an automation error.
