Are you going to be integrating music scheduling and traffic systems? That would be my first place to see if your music and traffic schedulers are supported.
I looked up TuneTracker. It does not appear to be a windows-based package. From what I could tell from the site, it written for and runs on BeOS. BeOS is a great operating system. Really suprising that anyone is still developing for BeOS outside of embedded systems. I've played around with BeOS. It is an amazingly stable OS with almost no applications.
