AV Deli

I have a question about copyright when it comes to AV Deli.

The station I work at bought some AV Deli stuff as it was closing up shop. I have a freelance project that will air on several stations in different markets, and I want to use some AV Deli effects.

My question is is this legal? I know if the company still exsisted, I'd be expected to pay for each market where my stuff would be airing, but how does it work when the company doesn't exsist anymore? I like the stuff, but I want to be sure there isn't someone out there that I'm required to pay.

Usually with AvDeli there is market exclusivity for one year, meaning your market. After one year, which gives Joe the chance to sell a lot of product, your in the clear to use it elsewhere. Not sure if that holds true with Joe's "Creme Machine" stuff.
