Several websites advertise "stations for sale" in the US:

Would dance-hits radio be some thing of a success on a station,
that is either AM, or FM but in the "middle of nowhere?"
Or, "just outside" the outskirts of the major metro-populated
area..so, the 'big city' most likely cant hear your station..
*Unless, driving in the cars, or catch it on a 'good nite'

if so, what is the boards's top pics for what would be
more preferred for a dance friendly station than other
stations that are for sale..
