AVR 106.7 Montreal

Looks like AVR has turn over their license back to CTRC. So will CFEI 106.5 in St-Hyacinthe able to increase their power to cover Montreal area better?

I'm not sure what to make of that.
What was the 106.5 signal like in Montreal? Strong? Weak?

I wonder if anyone out there would like to go after the licence for other use.
