Axia IP audio and Simian

This one has me a bit stumped...

I'm working to get new PC's installed with Axia IP audio. I have audio routed into the PC through the Axia ecosystem, and also have mixer control in Simian. However, I'm not getting audio back out from the PC into Axia.

If I unmute the lines in Windows like it says, the network audio flows through, but with no mixer control.

I followed all the setup from the Axia connector manual, and am still getting nothing. I feel like it's either a Windows or Simian setting I'm missing somewhere, but can't put my finger on it.

Check the Windows mixer setup. There is a check box for that says something like "Allow device to take exclusive control." I believe the box should be unchecked.
