AZ-TV ANNOUNCES OFFICIAL FALL SCHEDULE

So a double run of Chris 5-6pm...with 88 episodes...that'll burn through
in just short of nine weeks. Maybe repeat the cycle a second time and
then bring back Ange & Barn?

KAZT--don't forget you also need to lean on RTV to get them to clean
up that trainwreck! (Peter Gunn is soooo out of place.)

Wow! With the possible exception of two UofA football games there is nothing on AZTV interesting me. Sad.

And I was about to congratulate AZTV (RTV Department) for finally fixing their audio sync problem and getting some new episodes on the air and then today.......audio sync was at least one full second out on McHale's Navy.

ARGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!

Looks like Maury, Reba, Everybody Hates Chris, Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader, Star Trek: The Next Generation and The Brian Mcknight Show are going to be on AZ-TV this fall and Saved By The Bell is going to move back to AZ-TV this fall. Here's the link for the fall schedule: http://www.aztv.com/Global/story.asp?S=10861849
I'm watching My 45 and they just ran an promo that they will be adding "...5th Grader" to their September lineup.

Shouldn't the syndication go to an exclusive local station or is there a non-exclusive rider in the contract?

I understand that.
My concern, isn't there an exclusivity of 5th Grader (or any syndicated strip) being offered to one shop as opposed to two shops in the same market?

My45 and AZ-TV have no connection like Fox10 and My45, both Fox owned.
COPS is shown on both. I understand that set up.

Has there been a change in awarding syndication rights to two separate, non-related shops (in this case My45 and AZ-TV) 'stead of exclusive rights to one shop?
Maybe I missed something?

my45 will air Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader as part of a network My Network TV and AZ-TV will air it as part syndication. its like how ion51 airs Boston Legal as part of a network ion Television and CBS5 airs Boston Legal as part syndication.
