B-96 has lost touch with its audience

B-96 used to be one of the top three stations in Chicago, now that is no longer the case.
I think B-96 shouldn't have ditched what made them an icon in the first place, HOUSE/DANCE music!!
I understand trends change, BUT they could have kept some rotation of dance music instead of getting rid of it all.
I feel some things need to happen which would probably make B-96 great again.
Number One, get rid of Todd Cavanah, he was a great PD a long time ago, but now I think he is getting too comfortable with his position and feels he can do anything he wants. That is why the station sounds stale. It is time for some new blood. Also, ditching Erik Bradley (the MD) wouldn't hurt either.
Number Two, get rid of some of the Hip-Hop rotation and add more dance hits. ONLY add Hip-Hop songs that get major rotation in the clubs.
Number Three, don't ONLY cater to the 16-to-18 year olds that want to hear 50 Cent ten times a day. Remember there are people who are in their early-to-mid thirties who still listen. Rotate some "throwback" songs that were popular on B-96 back in the day, such as "She's Homeless" by Crystal Waters, "Understand This Groove" by Sound Factory, "Give It Up" by the Goodmen, etc.
Number Four, bring back MORE House Mixes on the After Party. You can still have the hip-hop mixes, just not as many.
Number Five (lastly), get rid of Eddie and Jobo. I like them, but they don't fit with the station anymore, they have been on for too long. It is time for some new talent.
What does everybody think?

I would agree with the Stylez and Roman suggestion as well.
