B-96 played Kym Sozzi and David Guetta back to back in the 6 AM hour

Not what I expected to hear at 6:40 AM on a sunday morning, but I was first blown away by hearing Kym Sozzi, only to be immediately followed by David Guetta... OH WOW,, if I was driving I would have probably wrecked.

B-96 never did loose their dance image, if you ask most average listeners in their late 20s and 30s what kind of music B-96 plays, most will say Dance Music,,, of course most of these people dont listen to it anymore, or keep up with trends, but there was about 5 yrs where B-96 did not play any dance at all, even in mixshows.

Some may question if im still a true dance fan supporting a station like B-96, but to me, its better to have good ratings and a signal, and be hip to the youth while supporting some dance, than be a little signal with no ratings, and be pure dance....

B96 is way better than KZZP. Most people you ask here about our rhythmic leaning top 40, they say "isn't that like hip hop?" or "I that's like the channel for hip hop, isn't it?" And sometimes you can get "isn't that the station that plays eeerrrything?"

I could only wish we had a station that could be dancey and recognized enough to be confused as a dance station. I wish we could just have Kim Sozzi or David Guetta get played period!
