"B-HOP??"

Terrestrial radio has hit an all time low when someone who calls himself "b-hop" thinks I'm going to eat at a restaurant in this market because of his recommendation. This guy knows how to schmooze his clients, huh. Has anyone else heard these spots and thought "who the heck does this guy think he is???"; it's a tough enough sell for Jerry Thomas to get someone to purchase a sausage on name recognition alone...but "B-HOP". I'm there hop....

I heard this too. I almost gagged. Is this guy in love with himself or what?
For those of you who are old enough....upon hearing that spot I immediately got the image of Herb Tarlek of WKRP in my mind! I'll bet "B-HOP" is not too far from that character. Bad decision to let radio sales guy do a spot, especially a CC sales guy.
