B100 Mornings

He'll be fine. I'd be nervous if I jumped from Nights to Mornings too. Red Hot has filled in for Mark Manuel mornings in the past.. and probably elsewhere too. I think they're gonna end up sounding way better than anyone else on that radio station. I've never been a fan of the afternoon dude's sound.

hereinkc-I appreciate the vote of confidence! Neil- I don't think I sounded that nervous. How did you hear us anyway? I thought you were in Carolina?? Interestingly enough, Red Hot was the more nervous one out of both of us. Especially since he had to run Cave Man studios...ahemm..I mean Scott Studios plus coordinate crosstalking with me. I was actually chilling most of the time.

If it was actually broadcast through the transmitter for listeners to hear, it was not a "test run", no matter if you think it was or not.

ah yes...but perception is REALITY friend...

Harry- I appreciate your comment! Rookies like me working with market veterans like Red Hot and having to live up to expectations isn't easy! This opportunity is unquestionably a HUGE (understatement) experience! Luckily, I work with a great lead and co-host. I am confident that Red Hot and I will win the listenership of many.

No bad blood... Just like giving Steve a hard time.

Congratulations Darik and Red Hot. Hopefully, B100 will spruce up its website and give your morning show a page. It would be nice to see B100 improve its website with some bios about the staff and make the main page less cluttered.
