Ah yes, KIBB... The station with the large billboard of a Latina dancing on Broadway in Downtown LA! Yes they were the 'KTU, Star 93.7 and "Movin'" of its day, especially with its upbeat mix of Rhythmic/Dance currents and classics. Unfortunately it never did well in the ratings but for the two years it was around they were fun while it lasted.
 
Are you kidding??? B100 was just a watered-down version of Power 106 from the 80s. No wonder it only lasted about 2 years (if that). The only redeeming quality of B100 was the Fri and Sat nite mixes by DJ Boris (of, of course...Power 106).

If you're gonna listen to airchecks, might as well get the real deal (Power 106) and not a lame imitation.
