B101 Format Tweak?

I heard a liner the other day on B101. It noted that after the holidays, B101 would be playing the "80s and More." Is this a format tweak?

Then it sounds like the station will be '80s-centered after Christmas, with '90s added and a limited number of '70s titles retained. That seems to be the way classic hits is staying targeted to a saleable demographic. The challenge is finding the right '90s songs, since CHR splintered largely along racial lines -- or at least rhythmic/rock -- during those years.
