Shouldn't a station at 103.1 promote a countdown of one thousand thirty one songs? It seems that someone either didn't quite think it out or maybe cribbed a countdown from an oldies station at 100.3 on the dial like BIG 100.3 www.Oldies100.com in DC.

They don't have to promote it when the consultant picks the songs.
