B92.5

Anyone have thoughts on how B92.5 will fare with the other two in the market? Seems to me they are going directly after 105.1.

So far I find them a bit over processed. I would prefer a local morning show and local air talent interacting with the listeners rather than bird droppings from out of town. On the other hand, Entravision may want to consider their next format for 101.9. Even in Sacramento, three is a crowd! Perhaps classic hits showing Results Radio how one can be programmed with more than 300 titles and less clutter in the breaks on a full class-B signal.

This station already WAS country in the early 80s when its call letters were KAER, after its elevator music format and before going to adult contemporary with "all love songs". (I hated elevator music with a passion back then, but now that it's gone I miss it!)

Mediaace's definition of a well done classic hits station fits Modesto's KRVR (The River) 105.5 to a T. It streams on line and I tune it in when I head south on 99. You can hear it starting at about Lodi.
