B945 Relaunch?

Is B945 relaunching the station or are they just bringing on a new morning show? On the stations website it says there is a new morning show coming? Does this mean no more music mornings? Any insiders know what is going on?

I never heard of this station. Is it here in Altoona? It sounds like Junior Samples number on Hee Haw. I wish I was an insider but I just moved into the area and I'm trying to figure out what's what and what's where along with who's who. Don't seem to be many lady announcers on the air around here.

I listen to it in State College. I do not know how far the signal goes. HE HAW!

Is "State College" the name of the town or is it just another name for the Penn University? And where is Temple? Is that in another part of the state?

State College is a borough in Centre County (Zip 16801) Penn State is the PA State University located in State College (Or, University Park...if you want to get technical).

Temple is in Philadelphia, PA...far away from here.

it's actually BR5-49.... Dyslexia seems to be another problem here. ;D

All ya gotta do is google this stuff and you'd be amazed at what you find.

Is the new morning show going to be some kind of Hee Haw for radio? The TV show was funny, funny, funny! B-R-5-4-9, man does that bring memories. You met another and ______ you were gone. Is this a syndicated show, or will there be a local Buck and Roy? Will the call letters change to KORN? What a concept.

Have you figured out that one company practically owns all of the stations in Altoona / Johnstown / State College? (Yes, they have a 'financial' interest in B 945...even if their name is not on the license. 2510 + Megahertz = Forever)

For those lucky to have Verizon FIOS cable, Hee Haw is on RFD TV channel Sundays at 8PM and Mondays at 10AM.

I always enjoy watching it, brings back the memories!
