I guess B98.5's "New Years Party Weekend" is duel purposed...

On the other hand, I wouldn't imagine that the 2,500 watt 96.7 Lite FM in Peachtree City affected B98.5 in the first place...

Unfortuantly..they had to air Delilah on New Year's Eve. Although they did play "Auld Lang Syne" at midnight. I was fiddling around with the radio curious to see who was doing so, and B98.5 and Kicks 101.5 appeared to be the only two stations that were doing so.

I looked around online, and B98.5 was the only Cox AC doing a theme weekend. (WFLC Miami does all-80's weekends, which B98.5 used to do a few years ago.)

As for 96.7...they never were a factor. But Cox needs to watch out for someone else to flip to AC. The money is there.

It is amazing to watch 94.9 go from a top 5 station (on the day they flipped) to less than 1/4 of that now. Makes you question what is in the water at the CC offices.
