Bad DTV reception for WHEC

Was out this evening earlier at a house over near Webster and a couple people were watching the game on a TV hooked-up to a converter box. They somehow lost the WHEC signal. They had to rescan a couple of times before they got WHEC back but when it came back it was a poor signal. Oddly enough their rescan picked up WSYT from Syracuse!

Anyone else having DTV problems with WHEC?
