As at Cumulus Media, Dickey leads Cumulus Media Partners. The companies operate stations in 67 different markets, and Dickey said the eventual plan is to fold the businesses together.

More debt. Not good for StooperTalk moving forward.

Gotta pay that 40% premium. The Dickeys are putting in just 5.3%.

Do the math.

Again with the facts, mr. midwest. Cumulus owns 25% of CMP. CMP is already 75% private. Now, get a life and do some prep for your show tomorrow.
 
Cumulus is going private..It's the same as Clear Channel going private. What's the big deal? 5yrs from now they both will probably be sold.

agreed.. i really do not have an opinion on 96.5 either way.. but i wish them all the success in the world if only it will shut this lunatic up
