Bad news - KRGY Star 97-3 changed!

Those dummies at GI Family Radio changed Star 97-3 - the station I most wanted to hear online! They never even streamed it. They are stupid! Now it's classic rock and there is not hot AC in the Grand Island area. Why did this happen?
 
Probably because the station was bombing in the last few books. The music wasn't bad, but last I knew it had NO on air people, nothing in the mornings, anything at all. You can't have a station with no info on at all in the Kearney/Grand Island/Hastings area. Now, that may have changed as it has been a while since I was back in that area.

But I don't understand that company. They've got about 10 people working at all their stations, which in turn means all the stations are tracked by the same jocks, and they are running the same music logs on stations within the group that are the same format. I know for a fact their McCook and North Platte stations are doing it that way. It's one hell of a waste of good radio signals with what they are doing with them. My thoughts are if they are going to put radio station after radio station on the air, have the staff to run them.
 
This is absolutely ridiculous! I submitted 2 inquiries over time about this and even tried to call the program director. No answers! If anyone knows why this station changed for sure, please post. This is very frustrating!
