Bad sounding streaming from WNCS

Anyone else annoyed by the poor audio quality of the internet streams from WNCS (The Point)? It's all trebble and absolutely no low end. I tried e-mailing the station from their web page about this about a month ago, I also e-mailed their webmaster, and so far nothing has changed. Maybee if they get a few more e-mails, or if someone knows how to contact management directly?
