bad soundquality Z100 livestream

What happend with the soundquality Z100 livestream? It sounds very decent, to flat and 'dry'. It sounds like they put away the soundprocessing. There are also a lot of level problems, sometimes loud music and sometimes soft played jingles. For a nr.1 radiostation in the city this is not done!
B.t.w. all the other Clear Channel stations with a livestream sounds [EDIT] I hope they resolve this problem. I emailed a couple times to Z100 about this issue but no reply...

An engineer from the station? In regards to the stream? Don't think so.
The stream provider, CC, is who'd need to be in the know.
 
Yes, but the 'source' (Z100) is responsible for the sound of the livestream. They delivers the stream to the streamingprovider....
 
I mention that thet sound of the Z100 is improved. I think they put processing on it again. Sounds lots better now. I hope they fix the sound of Lite FM and KTU also because they also sound 'flat' and dry and destorted.
