Bad Time For Karel To Be Off

Now is a bad time to not have Karel on the air railing against this injustice and discrimation.

Okay, he shoulda been more careful. You should always treat any mic like it's hot. The board op shoulda been more on the ball too. (Doesn't this seem, to you board ops, like an inborn reflex as basic as breathing—network news comes in, and you instinctively close the program host/remote mic/news mic/, etc.?)

Anyway, now is a good time to have Karel on the air, talking about the issues. How much are we gonna "punish" him for an indiscretion that's really not his fault?

I understand that Karel feels the law will be thrown out. I'm inclined to agree.
