Bahr's FM 97.1

Driving down Route 36 in Highlands there is a sign that reads "Bahr's FM 91.7" Turns out it is a barker channel promoting Bahr's Restaurant. You can hear it for a few miles. Pulling into the Bahr's parking lot revealed a ground plane antenna on the roof of the building much like those available on the Ramsey Kit website. As far as I know this is not Part 15 legal.
 
There used to be a pizza place in Fair Lawn that promoted themselves on 91.7 about a year ago....I was able to get it about 2 miles from their location.....I found it when I noticed interference with my Sirius FM transmitter.....It has since shut down.
