I don't know much when it comes to syndication and how radio station "syndication deals" are made, but I'll just say that this is a perfect solution for CHR's that cannot find a good mix show or spice up their own station on their own.

That's what the Baka Boyz have been up to lately. 1993-99 Power 106, 1999-00 KKBT, then travel on north to 106 KMEL in San Fransico then comes back to LA in 2005 to KDAY but left in 2007. Those are some vets right there. Now they've been demoted to CHR/Top 40 smh.

Demoted? Isn't top 40/chr (doing) better than... those other formats? The only way they could go even higher is by getting on Adult Contemporary, or news talk radio!

They still have their All Star Hip Hop Mix show. They added a CHR/Pop version, that's all.
