Baltazar back in Boston!!!!!!

Now all they need to do is get Ralphie Marino and Marc with a "c" and Clark with no "e" and I'm right back in college again. ;)

Simulcasting a music intensive morning show on TV? Probably not unless they bring back V66. ;D

Call me cynical but doesn't this make Cadillac look a little lazy? I mean, yeah, it's worked in the past, but it's not new. B & P were a hit and i think B left because of money.

Why be paid big bucks to develop what already happened? Not trying to start trouble, but I would think any ole PD could hire up old talent, theres so much out there. Hire me at your station and give me a budget, I'll hire Lander, Diane, Kelly, Diedre, Artie, Marc, Karen, J.R., Zito, etc.....

its all about recognition there trying to attract listeners from that era 25-54 or whatever like me so its a win win, plus they will pick up listeners to jamn who might not like the repetition.

Now if they could just change the music to something that uses real musical instruments, and vocals that aren't processed. Maybe change the genre

Agree with 80% of this. However, Hot 96.9 repeats their power rotation just as much as JAMN. They really need to focus on recurrent songs and a wider variety of throwbacks. All I keep hearing is Ja Rule/Ashanti, Return of the Mack and Sexy Back. Common guys!! There are hundreds of songs from the 90s early 2000s you could be playing that people will remember!

very true although i'm wondering if there still working on things and will increase the music once there truly up and running. I have noticed censoring of songs lately, when they first began you could hear some choice words on a few of there songs. Someone must have said something. Once Roy Barboza starts up i'm sure the playlist will grow with mix shows etc.

Cynical is not the word I'd use...

I truly think it will get better. They're trying to build an audience with familiar tracks that, while they spin the hell out of them, will catch listener's ears. Then, once they're comfortable (around Summertime or so), they will add more in the playlist.
