What has Classic Rock The Bay been doing right to go 3.3-4.2-4.6 in the last three months? They're now beating 98 Rock. Has that ever happened before? Whatever it is, 105.9 in Washington should pay attention. Despite name personalities, they're still mired at 21st place in DC. Both stations have to contend with healthy Classic Hits outlets in their respective markets. But the Bay finally seems to be gaining traction to move up a bit.
