Atlanta, Georgia – January 11, 2006 – Cumulus Media Inc. (NASDAQ: CMLS) today announced that the major market country morning show of Bandy and Bailey have agreed to a syndication development deal with Cumulus Media. Although Bandy and Bailey were offered a renewal deal with ABC/Disney's flagship country station in Atlanta (WKHX-FM), they felt the timing was right to partner up with Cumulus and anchor morning drive in the country format for Cumulus' growing stable of syndicated products.

The first affiliate for Bandy and Bailey will be in Lexington, KY at heritage country station WLXX-FM, The Bear. Bandy and Bailey had completed a successful run in Lexington anchoring mornings on Clear Channel's competing country outlet, The Bull (WBUL-FM) before moving to Atlanta and ABC/Disney. Cumulus expects to announce additional affiliates for the show by mid-summer.
