Chapter 11 for Lite, Frog etc. Who wants to be the first to tell the "ladies" at Regent Utica that the world is about to REALLY change?
 
Of all the major chains and all their troubles, Regent is the one I actually feel sorry for. Besides the fact I have several friends that work for them they seemed to be - can I use the word? -"humane". I am only familiar with the Utica-Rome and Buffalo markets stations but from an outsider's view they seem very well run and programed. I hope they can get back on their feet again.
