barix instreamer to motorola canopy to barix extreamer

Does anyone have any experiance with sending audio from a barix instreamer to a barix extreamer 110 through a Motorola Canopy? I am trying to replace a set of IPMux boxes with the barix boxes and can not seem to get them to work. I had audo passing on the barix boxes on our network at the studios but when I changed the IP address on both barix and connected to the canopy i get the stopped message on the extreamer end. Not sure how to procede from here. Let it be known that I have no experience with the Motorola canopy or the barix equipment for that matter. Anyone have a detailed instruction sheet for this Any ideas?

Have you tried to communicate with a couple of computers through the link? Or can you ping the far end Barix from a computer on the near end? If you're using a router at the far end, make sure the appropriate port(s) are forwarded to the box.

I'm using a pair of 500s in STL mode over a pair of Moto PIDU Plus 5.4 GHz. units. Used to have the Comrex BRIC-LINK on it, but the boss wanted PCM and I didn't have the BW needed because of small antennas/distance involved. Works great at high bitrate MP3, so it's the backup to the telco T1 the Comrex units are now on. The Omnia.11 can automatically switch from the Comrex to the Barix if the T1 goes away.
