According to AJC's intrepid radio beat writer Rodney Ho, the landmark case of Stephen Duane Barnes vs. Fred Toettcher has been dismissed. Oblviously this is a blow for Stpehen Duane Barnes who in turn sued the judge promptly after the dimissal. In a related story, I have just been sued by Stephen Duane Barnes for writing this and the the Cox sisters have been sued by Stephen Duane Barnes for allowing Rodney to write about it.

Lastly, whoever reads this will be sued by Stephen Duane Barnes. So whatever you do, don't read this post.

oh and brent the millionaire said the movie he saw at american pie sucked. i told him it was good but he insists u know who ruined the movie. thats all i know.

Brent though did point out that Barnes was so washed up that he would be a perfect fit for the afternoon shift on TrueOldies.

Cox pulled it, however, do a google search for Steve Barnes and go the the news section of his web page. Stephen Duane Barnes has a nice tribute to Rodney Ho.

Sine I never worked with Barnes, I always wondered how much I heard about him was true and how much was exaggeration. His website clears all that up. If there's a bigger tool in all of Christiandom, I've yet to meet him.

he either changed it or i went to the wrong barnes site cuz the 1 i found has barnes tube and 1 tree hill links on it under the news link. what did he say about rodney?
