Barry Farber for Sean

I wonder who else heard Barry Farber filling in for Sean Hannity Monday afternoon?

My station carried Farber in the early 90's when he was on Talknet. He was good then.

His brain is still there. But man does he sound old. While that should not rule him out from sub duties at WABC, I still wonder if he was a good choice.

There is not a nicer man in talk radio than Barry Farber. Yes, sometimes it is now a little painful to listen to him, but this guy has deep insights and common decency. And he's a genuinely decent guy.

He wasn't as fast as he used to be, but Mr. Farber was still doing one of the better talk shows on the radio yesterday when I heard it.

Barry Farber is terrific and should go on Salem (per the post above) to improve their ratings and stock performance

like Medved, Farber is one of the few conservative hosts that far lefties will listen to, and even call up to disagree, and Farber treats them with respect

just remember, Barry is from the south, where manners are a must 8)

...on the day of the Oklahoma City truck bombing, while every other conservitalker was demanding Bill Clinton's head on a pike for allowing "Arab terrorists" to attack us here at home, Barry Farber was the only one I heard who refused to join in, stating plainly that Clinton "is still MY Commander-In-Chief." That day, Barry Farber proved himself a man of principles whose priorities are in accurate order, setting himself apart from the conservitalk crowd...

I have met Barry once. Only one way to describe him. "A southern Gentleman". :)

Since Hannitty got his start as a fill-in, I think he wants to make sure he doesn't create any competition, so he uses losers like wilber, Faber, and Sleazwah. Farber doe to some good historical story telling, but all these people have a comic book view of ww2

Farber is hardly a loser, as all the posters here point out. And what does "doe to some good" mean?

I guess we should just trust mred and his insights, instead of historical evidence?
How do we know you don't have a comic book view of World War II too, mred?
