Barry Richard's Hypocrisy

Barry Richard spent a good 90 minutes today criticizing Barak Obama for calling a reporter "sweetie." Very offiensive he said. I don't approve of this, but I recall Barry slamming Katie Couric some time ago, referring to her as Katie Cupcake. Double standard, Barry?
 
If it were up to me, I would give poor old Hec his show back, and drive both Barry Richrard and Keri crazy by PAIRING the two of them together for three hours every morning.

Those two deserve each other... ;)
 
Barry Richard's and Keri would actually be interesting. Strong opposing viewpoints always make for a good show. Hec and Keri are not good together. Hec sits there and does his best be the least controversial person on the planet. He doesn't want to offend all those old bitties tuned in. So he distances himself from every conversation I've heard between the two. You can almost feel how uncomfortable the guy is. He just wants to be there by himself.

Depetro and Yorke did the same thing AND Rhode Islanders actually HEARD it..

Providence can barely hear it. Boston can't hear it. What else are you going to do? You have to put the conversation somewhere. Fall River is like the city that doesn't belong.

Actually, most of Rhode Island east of Narragansett Bay (Newport County, Bristol County, and the part of Providence County that's relatively close to the Mass. border) CAN hear WSAR.

Whether anyone in these areas actually CARES at all about 1480 is quite another matter. ;D

Any station past 1200 on the AM dial seems screwed in the first place. I think people are to lazy to tune all the way to the right...lol.
 
Back to Barry. Today, he referred to the little league mom (Freetown news story) as "that babe." That's OK, but Barry is shocked that Obama says "sweetie"? Practice what you preach, Barry. HYPOCRITE!!!
