Barter Stations?

I'm working on a project and was wondering if there are any stations that barter time in Ohio.
Thanks in advance for any help.
 
You mentioned this on the East TN board. Do you want to broker time (buy an hour or more) or have a station carry your show free in exchange for them airing spots you sell?
 
I was looking to purchase an hour or less but it looks like I found some stations that can do this.
