Baseball show on Saturday

It was nice to have a real sports show to listen to this AM. I wish they would make it permanent. People talk Red Sox all year round. I listened to just about the entire show and didn't hear any of the Yankee a--holes call in. Usually I turn them off after the first Sports Flash. They got rid of Andelman, Sarandis, Mannix and Hobson. I think it's time for Mustard and Johnson to ride off into the sunset.

I'm pretty sure it is going to be that way for the remaining weeks of the baseball season, with the football show airing at 9 AM on sundays.

It happens every year, once football starts Dale takes over the timeslot. I agree there should be a baseball show all year long.

I can some up that show in a few short sentences...

Craig: Ha-Ha-617....giggle giggle giggle 779....laugh laugh laugh...0850.
(I don't think I've ever heard him give out the number without laughing.

Larry: HI, HOWRYA?

Michelle from Canton: Blah blah blah...Yankees, blah blah blah

The Baseball Show is the single best program on WEEI. While Adams is there for comic relief and rarely offers much of intelligence (beyond memories of old, bad Red Sox teams), Buckley and McAdam bring the show much of its appeal. The analysis, conversation, and wit make the show my favorite.

that's why I think it'd be better without Mikey but it's still a good show, nonetheless
