Batman: The TV Show

I've been watching Batman on MeTV for a couple of years, recently discovered Batman on H&I [Heroes & Icons network] and noticed something odd. Both stations run the first 2 seasons in order, but then skip around episodes from season 3 and never show the complete run.

Both networks show back-to-back episodes, so I don't get why the 3rd season get the short shrift.

Does anyone know why?

Season 3 was lowbrow, even by the show's standards. ABC cut it to once a week, with few continued stories. I guess that doesn't sit well with marathons of back-to-back episodes.

I remember watching Batman when the show was new. Amazing TV phenomenon back in the day, but it burned out after about 18 months. By season three the show was pretty much toast.
