The latest Eastlan Ratings are out. It's hard to decide who's more inept - Citadel or Galaxy. Yeah, I know it's Eastlan, and it's only 12+, etc., but the trends ain't pretty - especially looking year-to-year.
 
The performance of WRVO/WRVD, WAER and WCNY is particularly impressive, garnering a 15+ share total. Question for Syracuse Radio Insiders, how do the Eastlan ratings square with Arbitron ratings?
 
This shows WPHR and WYYY were just about equal. In fact WPHR did better in Fall 09 than WYYY. If that keeps up Clear Channel should look for a better use for the 94.5 100kw powerhouse signal.
 
Arbitron numbers for both Syracuse and Utica will be out at 10-AM, January 13th. Looking forward to reviewing several things.

And I'll be <sarcasm> looking forward </sarcasm> to them being embargoed.
 
Maybe embargoed to some, but I will have them for both markets. Not saying I can post them because I cannot, however, I will have them and can post general information.
