BBC Draws Ire After "C" Word Joke

BBC Radio 4's top executive apparently greenlighted the use of, not the word itself, but a playful joke about the word "cuts" that was heard during "The News Quiz" not only in the 6 PM hour one day, but during the early afternoon the following day on a rebroadcast. He argues that the offensive word lost its shock value over time, and that listeners might be "delighted" by the one-liner.
