BBC Radio 1?

Does anyone have any idea where BBC Radio 1 on satellite radio is broadcasting from? Sometimes they sound as if it's straight out of London, but at the same time they talk as if they are really in New York studios. In addition to that, they also carry some mix shows from 1Xtra. They have the entire station on east coast N.Y. time, but I know the actual show line up during the weekday is what is heard in the U.K.

Makes me wonder where it's really broadcasting from?

Radio 1 on Sirius/XM comes from London; it is broadcast in the US on a 5 hour delay so it matches the Eastern time zone.

Cute how back in the day, Brits were screaming for US style radio and now North Americans have the option to pay for radio one.
