BBC - Terrestrial DTV off by 2030 ?

^^^
We are working on how an IP BBC could be the best version of the BBC...

Maybe a slice of the cell phone spectrum could be dedicated to "TV" like point-to-mass services, it would ease the burden on the cell phone network for when most people want to watch the same thing live.

Another advantage of using a slice of the cell phone spectrum for a "TV" like service, newer video and audio codecs could be implemented easily, just download the decoders to the receivers.
