BBC World Service

Is anyone familiar with this service? I know what the content is, and it's used by a lot of college NPR stations for news updates and the occassional fill, but is it market exclusive? Seems to me running a 24/7 feed on a P15 in some college areas might be an alternative to the eclectic music formats many P15ers do.

The BBC World Service is distributed in the US by Public Radio International. It is not market exclusive, but you have to pay to use it. It is fee based on market size, population served. I would imagine that for a part 15, it would be at the lowest price tier, and costs $846 a quarter, plus you would have to pay an administrative fee.
