Peter Smyth, CEO of Greater Media spoke to a breakfast group last October right after Hurricane Sandy and spouted on how important his local Greater Media station in New Jersey played an important role because they had a life talk format and live news. He said it was vital to any community like Boston too. Weeks later he dumped WTKK's talk format for pre-programmed gar-barge and no live feeds. How do you spell don't believe a word that ever comes out of a radion executive's mouth remembering most if not all were time-salesman who would sell their proverbial grandmother down the river for a buck.
