BBN buying KSJL 630 AM in Saint Louis

Not impressed at all by these guys... I enjoyed KJSL quite a bit, but almost would have rather seen them sell to a secular operator then BBN if they couldn't have found someone to keep the station in tact. Not just in their on air product, but in the research I have done on the ministry, the lack of transparency in how they operate financially, and that as a Charismatic, I disagree with 60% of what they preach, the button that has been set to 630 AM since I have had a car is gone. I don't expect them to find much of an audience here, but their coffers are very deep, so I doubt they care. I can't imagine too many people who aren't members of a Protestant denominational church, and over 60 years old would find much enjoyment or get any uplifting from this network. A sad end to what was once a fine radio station.

I am 55, and love the music and message..Am glad it is getting out to more areas..Been wanting it in Canton/Akron, Ohio for over 30 years..

I'm not sure if they have tweeked the power, or what, but the signal comes booming into Farmington Missouri most of the day, and all night, more so than it ever did before. Excellent programing, even though its not local, and love the Traditional Christian music, and biblical insight. I don't have to listen to preachers trying to sale holy water, or tell you to send money every five minutes. Love the audio, its smooth, deep, and rich. The station comes in better than KMOX and KTRS most of the time down here. KZQZ runs 50 thousand watts daytime also, and we cant even hear them in Farming ton.
