BCA makes changes ....

When Jack Evans came to town with Jacor he made some changes and then... we started to notice the "small penis" syndrome strart to emerge. He made sude everybody knew he was the big dog and you were puke. When he moved into the shiny new Jacor/Clear Channel building at Granite Ridge he had a parking space saved and custom sign that read "RESERVED: SENIOR Vive President or Programming."
When at Pacific Highway he would grab some intern and tell them: "I'm jack Evans. Do you know who I am? If you don't find out and here is 20 bucks. Go get me some lunch now!" He would wander off smoking while in a non-smoking building laughing at this "silly rule".

He might be a programming "genius" but his compassion and caring for his subordinates suck. People either liked him, because he was their immediate boss or hated him. That was NO middle ground.
