BCN Freeform Rock Processing on ZLX HD 3

Have to kudos to Sam or HHH on the processing on Freeform BCN to ZLX HD3. For 24 Kbps, good stereo spread and a listenable high end.
CBS got take a lesson with its other HD3 signals. Freeform BCN good radio is being done today like was 40 years ago.

Quick power level question is ZLX still -20dbc under or up to -14 dbc under analog carrier?
