"Be A Night Listener With a Great AM Radio"

I read this same article in my local morning paper. I laughed so hard I spit out my coffee. His advice was good, in August or before. No mention of the GE Superadio though.

I find a lot of far away stations I used to enjoy are hard to listen to if not immposible now that am is digital at night. Is the fcc going
to keep allowing this? If this question has already been answered i am sorry as I am new to the board.

Sound Advice column in yesterday's Star Tribune about...gasp...nighttime skywave listening. Unfortunately, no mention that this next to impossible since September...

This is one of those general advice columns. Perhaps where the writer lives things are different however here in NYC there hasn't been much reason to DX for atleast the last 12 years.

With all the new night authorizations, power upgrades and finally, the near ubiquity of Jim Bohannon and "Coast to coast"....what's the point?
