I know anything relating to 95X and/or the "rock wars" will start a firestorm but here we go. Today I was flipping around the morning shows in my office when I heard Beaner use the word "Impish" while describing his show. Now mind you, this is the team that is taking over for Howard Stern, king of all media, and even more king of relating to the common man. Stern never used phrases like "Impish" and thats what these guys don't get. They are too smart for the room. They talk over their audience instead of to them. Where is the connection? Your hardcore audience is a dork who watches movies all day and a guy who calls himself "the geek". Now honestly is your average 35-year-old guy driving to his job listening to someone who says the word "Impish"??? Hell no, that channel gets changed, quickly. 95X I love ya but c'mon, this is the station that has rocked for close to 30 years and now we're having guys who are on who wants to be a millionaire host shows and talk about their literary collections. This isn't male Oprah, this is radio for the middle aged man. Please see the light and these 2 are just NOT funny and neither are their trends.

It's a top 40 word that means (BLEEP).
