Get ready for this to hit the presses any day probably this week.

"The Buzz" Bluewater Broadcasting has purchased Archway Broadcasting out of Columbus. They will own WCGQ-FM, WKCN-FM, WRCG-AM and WRLD-FM. Bear Obrian has been pitching to several radio operators around the Chatahoochee Valley that he would like to syndicate "The Early Morning Whoop-Dee-Doo" in Columbus. He may now have his wish come true with the help of Bluewater Broadcasting owning WKCN-FM. If this all comes to pass he may take great pleasure in removing his arch cross-the-street rival "Wild Bill in the morning" from the Kissin 99.3 (WKCN-FM) airwaves.

Rad Dodson will debut his new LaRoux format WCGQ. All LaRoux all the time. no...wait....I take that back... they decided to put him on then changed their mind at the last minute......
 
I'm assuming this is the same Bluewater Broadcasting operating out of Montgomery, no?
